However, the following cases do not constitute provision to third parties as defined above: 1. When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. 2. When personal information is provided as part of a business transfer due to a merger or other reasons. 3. In the case of joint use pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.

(Name, current address, contact details, emergency contact information, passport details, etc.) 2. Scope of parties jointly using the information: Travel agencies and companies providing activities (refer to the linked list for specific details). 3. Purpose of use by the parties: To arrange and make travel reservations. 4. Name of the entity responsible for managing the personal information: Virts Production Co., Ltd.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
When the Company receives a request from a customer to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will promptly disclose the requested information after verifying that the request is made by the customer themselves. (If the requested personal information does not exist, the Company will notify the customer accordingly.) However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.
10. Correction, Addition, or Deletion of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Corrections, etc.”) of their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to inaccuracies, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigations within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves. Based on the investigation results, the Company will make the necessary Corrections, etc., to the personal information and notify the customer of the changes. (If the Company decides not to make the requested Corrections, etc., the customer will be notified of this decision.) However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to make Corrections, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.
11. Suspension or Deletion of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension, etc.”) based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, citing that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously disclosed purposes or that it was obtained through fraudulent or improper means, the Company will promptly suspend or delete the use of the information after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves and verifying the validity of the claim. The Company will then notify the customer of the action taken. However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to suspend or delete the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.

Some of the Company’s services are designed to make certain customer information, such as profile details (including the customer’s real name) and other information specified by the Company, publicly accessible. Please be aware of this when using the Company’s services and consent to this condition before proceeding.
